CONTRACTUAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Our experience in contractual dispute resolution spans over 28 years on small to large projects. 

We will assess the origin and attribution of defective work based on the scope of the subcontract and our experience as Chartered Structural Engineers and licensed builders.

We will meet with both parties aiming for friendly contractual dispute resolution following our review of defects/alleged defects, scope of work and contract.

If contract dispute resolution cannot be achieved following attempt of friendly settlement we will prepare a detailed Adjudication Application with full substantiation on all issues and file on your behalf for Adjudication of the matter under the Security of Payments Act 1999.
