CERTIFICATION

As Chartered Structural Engineers we will attend site during construction prior to placement of concrete, installation of plasterboard etc to inspect that the construction is in accordance with our design and issue instructions for amendment in the case that we find deviation from our structural design.

Once we verify that the construction has met our structural design criteria we will issue structural engineering certification which is mandatory to obtain occupation certificate at the end of the project.

We can issue structural certification for design prepared by others subject to review of same.

We provide Formwork and Reinforcement Certification on small to large size construction projects.

We can also provide formwork layout design for shoring of heavy and complex transfer floor reinforced concrete slabs.
